Taylor’s therapeutic style is interactive and conversational, led by curiosity and empathy. Taylor practices person-centered care, meeting each client where they are. As a therapist, she partners with clients to make meaningful changes in their lives through conversation and connection. Taylor believes that resilience is rooted in connection and that healing can thrive through the provision of non-judgmental therapeutic space and support. She holds the ability and opportunity to provide that space to her clients with the utmost respect.
Taylor has extensive experience working with clients experiencing stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. Taylor specializes in pregnancy, post-partum, parenting and co-parenting, and parent-child relationships. She’s especially interested in all the ways motherhood changes a person, their relationships, and their sense of self. Finally, Taylor is particularly skilled and experienced in supporting clients navigating complex family and interpersonal relationship dynamics.
Taylor received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Applied Science in Adult Development and Family & Child Studies from the University of Guelph. She is a member of good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (#830902).
