Juniper Wellness is an online therapy and wellness clinic, serving residents of Ontario. We specialize in individual therapy for adults navigating common life challenges (career, relationships, family) and mental health issues (like depression or anxiety).

HOW IT WORKS


 

1. Choose Change

The first step is all you. You don’t have to know how, or even fully believe that it’s possible. We’ll help with that. (We know it can be very hard and vulnerable to reach out for support. It’s a pretty big deal that you’re reading this!)

2. Book a Consultation

✅Choose a therapist you're interested in working with and book a consultation.

A consultation is a free, zero-commitment meet and greet with one of our therapists, to determine if it would be a good fit to work together. The therapist will let you know if their skills and scope of practice is a good match for your goals. We can answer any questions you might have about therapy, too!

3. Get Started

✅After you have completed a consultation, you can book your first therapy session.
