Lauren is passionate about supporting clients navigating dating and romantic relationships, interpersonal relationships (family, friends, work), life transitions, and stress management. Lauren approaches her clients and her work with genuine curiosity and authenticity. Lauren embraces a person-centred approach to therapy, recognizing clients as the experts in their own lives. Lauren holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and Child & Family Studies from the University of Guelph. She is a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (#831653).
